Leading NSW’s public service through a period of unprecedented reform, growth & delivery
New South Wales is managing a convergence of workforce pressure, digital transformation, fiscal discipline and service delivery reform that demands a new kind of public sector leadership, while simultaneously executing the most complex infrastructure and housing growth agenda of any state in the country.
The Mandarin Live: Future Ready Public Service – New South Wales cuts straight to the practical question: what does it actually take to lead a future-ready NSW agency right now? Across two days, senior leaders, agency heads and the private sector voices shaping the state’s future examine the reform agendas, delivery challenges and leadership demands defining NSW public service in 2026 and beyond.
Delegates leave with a sharper read on how priorities are shifting across NSW agencies, clearer leadership confidence for the challenges ahead and practical perspectives they can act on immediately.
